These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetMailer ("the Service") provided by Admirate AS ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service at getmailer.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Harass or harm other users
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Admirate AS. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
